Robin Hood is a rare kind of radio station, since it also produces computer programmes especially suited to the specific needs of community radio.
The station is located in house "Manilla", an historic factory environment where you can meet many different cultural and industrial art organisations, theatre actors, musicians, dancers, painters, craftsmen and more.
Since the outset Radio Robin Hood has arranged community radio training for NGOs, grass-roots organisations and trade unions, offered local radio workshops for young people, and developed an international employment project for migrants. Cooperating with city and state institutions, the radio has provided vocational training and practical internships for many individuals. By participating in several projects supported by the European Union, it has helped to develop training programmes in community radio aimed at providing open access to all social groups.
