Life Radio is a prayer petition come true. We are an English Christian radio station, locally run by Christian Ministries of the Valley, Inc (CMV). CMV, is mostly known for our Spanish sister station, 1290 AM Radio Vida, which has been on the air since March 1991. For over 20 years, we have had a desire for an FM Station that would cover the majority, if not all of the entire Rio Grande Valley. In May of 2023, Christian Ministries came across an ad for an RGV Metro Station for sale. Acting quickly, contact was made with the seller. After a couple of weeks, much prayer, and submission of many legal documents, Life Radio 104.9 FM is here now to bring Today’s Christian Music to you!
