Hit Радио 104 (KVIC)

KVIC 104.7 FM is a radio station in Victoria, Texas. It broadcasts a Top 40 (CHR) format and is owned by Victoria Radioworks, LLC. The station used to broadcast on 95.1 FM until May 2013 when it moved to the 104.7 FM frequency. This move was a result of the neighboring station in Ganado, Texas, which previously occupied the 94.9 FM frequency, moving to 94.9 FM. This frequency swap between KVIC and KHTZ was agreed upon by Victoria Radioworks and Roy Henderson, owner of KHTZ, and granted by the FCC. KVIC assumed the 104.7 frequency in Ganado, using the same technical specifications it had on the 95.1 frequency. At the same time, KHTZ moved from 104.7 to 94.9 and upgraded its power and elevation.[*]
