Radio Bob 96.7 (WCVS)

WCVS-FM (96.7 FM) is a radio station licensed to Virden, Illinois, USA. The station is currently owned by Neuhoff Family Limited Partnership.The station went on the air as WRVI on 1982-03-15. on 1992-10-05, the station changed its call sign to the current WCVS. The station has recently flipped format to active rock, going by the name The Rock @ 96-7. In January 2008, former top rated Morning Disaster host Ray Lytle went to mornings with The Ray Lytle Show on The Rock. Lytle was top rated while on WQLZ throughout the late 90's and the first half of this decade. In February 2009, Lytle was replaced by "The Morning After Show." The station has also added former QLZ jocks Smash, Joe Schmoe, and Slappy.
