Радіо WLCC-AM (La Ley 760 AM)

WLCC (760 AM) is a radio station broadcasting a Regional Mexican format. Licensed to Brandon, Florida, USA, it serves the Tampa Bay area. The station started in the late 1980s using call letters WBDN while running a mostly brokered business format. In 1996 Spanish broadcaster Alfredo Alonso Mega Broadcasting purchased the station for $1.75 million (later renamed Mega Communications) turning the station into a Spanish Tropical format called Mega 760. Since then the station has adopted different formats including Regional Mexican and Spanish Oldies. Mega Communications donated WLCC to the Washington DC based Minority Media & Telecom Council in December 2008.
