Is an Australian narrowcast radio network, consisting of stations in New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory, Victoria and Queensland.

The network was started with the opening of a station on the Central Coast of New South Wales in 1999 and then expanded to take on the Northern Beaches of Sydney, Parts of NSW, Gold Coast and Australian Capital Territory. It consists of 29 stations linked via the Optus D2 Satellite.

Angelo (Angy) Nacson developed the concept for Raw FM in 1999. Dance Music on radio first surfaced in the mid-70's with "Midnight to Dawn" where Angy and other DJs spun whatever funky imports they could get their hands on. In the 80's Angy headed a Dance Music Show on community radio called "Fame" and, later, "Night Tracks" which ran for over 10 years. This saw the beginning of a flood of dance music aspirant broadcasters attempting to get licences. However, most were unsuccessful in obtaining a licence. This is when Angy saw Narrowcast Radio as the vehicle to access the airways for the Club Culture's own style of music. In October 1999 he purchased his first two narrowcast licenses on the NSW Central Coast and commenced broadcasting in December that year. Over the next 8 years, Angy steadily developed the footprint of Raw FM, which now (2008) includes over 42 locations along the east coast of Australia and the ACT, with the recent launch of his first station in Victoria at Shepparton. Narrowcast Radio is different to commercial and community radio in that these stations must focus on their approved music genre only. With RawFM that is urban, dance and energy. "The only downside with this is that I can't play my own son's songs as he is an Acoustic/Pop artist," says Angy, referring to his son, singer-songwriter Cam Nacson, "I wanted him to produce a re-mix of one of his songs so that I could play it on Raw FM but, for the time-being, Cam wants to stay true to his own music style."

Raw FM's programming is aimed at the 14-30 age group who have a passion for dance music and the latest trends in technology, fashion and lifestyle. The station broadcasts a mix of Urban, Dance and Energy and features programs from Roger Sanchez, Nino Brown, Clarkey and DJ Stanley as well as live broadcasts from major clubs and events in its broadcast areas. The service is delivered by Optus D2 satellite through Globecast to each location in its broadcast network.
