]Dundalk FM 100 is a community radio station broadcasting from the heart of Dundalk, in Co Louth. It initially appeared on a temporary basis on 107.0MHz FM using the name of Dundalk Weekend Radio (or “DWR”), and its full-time launch came in September 2004 when the station moved to the 100.0Mhz FM frequency and renamed itself “Dundalk FM 100″. Dundalk FM 100 is a community radio station broadcasting from the heart of Dundalk, in Co Louth. The station is run by the Dundalk Media Centre, a community business which is part-funded by Pobal Community Services Programme. As a community station, programmes are generated by members who put in this valuable work for the station on a purely voluntary basis.
Dundalk FM 100’s mission statement states that it is a not-for-profit, independent, friendly community development organisation giving voice to all in Dundalk and surrounding area. We are committed to educate, entertain and inform through our wide range of programmes.
Our advertising rates are very favourable. If you wish to take out an advertisement on our radio station (or on this web site), please feel free to contact us at your convenience. Also, contact us if you live in Dundalk and you wish to get involved in your community radio service.
