Ironically, just a few months before changing formats to country, KJUL was awarded station of the year honors at the National Association of Broadcasters' Marconi Awards.

The station switched from 104.3 to 102.7 on August 25, 2009. The station switched with sister Top 40 station 102.7 Radio Now, which moved to the previous 104.3 dial and became 104.3 Now FM, Your Hit Music Channel.
